Summary:
Rogue Recruitment is looking for a Recruiter to join our anti-staffing staffing company. The amazing thing about working for a start-up is that your work matters. As a start-up, we want someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves wearing several hats, and can switch gears constantly. You need to be comfortable not having a lot of direction…but just getting the job done! We trust you to be an adult and manage your own schedule.
This position reports directly to our founder and CEO. She promises not to track any metric/numbers to gauge your performance. We are much more interested in the impact you’re making with your candidates, clients, and community.
Let’s get the formal responsibilities out of the way:
This person will be working with candidates and companies to assist with direct hire placement in IT, Engineering, and Accounting/Finance. This person will need to:
· Champion candidates through the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
· Use various tools and networking methods to source candidates with the necessary qualifications.
· Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
· Negotiate for candidates during the offer process and communicate information regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
· Develop relationships with preexisting and new clients to identify hiring needs.
· Bring in new business with hiring managers by defining job requirements and advocating top candidates to fill the positions.
· Negotiate bill placement fees with clients.

· Don’t take yourself too seriously…and know the difference between “your” and “you’re.”
Preferred Qualifications:
· If you are a full-desk recruiter who has proven success placing direct hire IT, Accounting/Finance, & Engineering professionals, that would be great.
· Success in business development/sales. Our founder started her career going door to door selling office supplies. Everyone starts somewhere.
· At least a Gold 2 in Rocket League. Yes, this was actually requested in our team meeting where we all discuss who we wanted to hire.
